NDAX® (National Digital Asset Exchange) is a regulated crypto trading platform that allows users to buy, sell, and trade digital assets such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), and many others.
Established with the goal of providing a secure and compliant trading environment, NDAX® supports:
Spot trading
Instant buys and sells
Fiat currency deposits and withdrawals
Advanced trading tools
Strong security features
The official NDAX website is: 👉 https://ndax.io
Before you can do anything on NDAX® — such as deposit funds, make a trade, or view your transaction history — you must first sign in to your account.
Signing in gives you access to:
Your wallet balances
Trading dashboards
Order history and reports
Account settings
Security controls
Follow these steps to successfully log in:
Step 1 — Visit the Official Login Page
Go to the official NDAX website:
Always check that the URL begins with https:// and includes ndax.io to ensure you’re on the legitimate site.
Step 2 — Enter Your Credentials
On the login page you’ll see:
Email Address / Username
Password
Enter the email address you used to register and your password.
If you forget your password, you can reset it — instructions are below.
Step 3 — Complete Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
For improved security, NDAX® uses Two-Factor Authentication. After entering your password, you may be prompted for:
A code from your Authenticator App (Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, etc.)
Or a code sent to your email or phone
Enter the code to complete the login.
Step 4 — Successful Login
Once authenticated, you’ll be taken to your dashboard, where you can:
View available balances
Access trading tools
Manage coins or tokens
Deposit or withdraw funds
Update settings
Because your NDAX® account controls access to real funds, strong security is essential.
Use a Strong Password
At least 12 characters
A mix of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols
Avoid dictionary words or obvious phrases
Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
2FA greatly increases account security by requiring a code from your mobile device in addition to your password.
Never Share Your Credentials
NDAX® staff will never ask for your password or 2FA codes in support conversations. Be cautious of phishing emails.
Bookmark the Official Login Page
Only use the official link:
Avoid clicking login links from emails unless you’re sure they’re legitimate.
Sometimes users may encounter issues logging in. Here are common problems and solutions.
Forgot Your Password?
Click the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page. You will be asked to enter your registered email address to receive a password reset link.
Follow the email instructions to reset your password securely.
Official password reset link:
(This will take you to the secure reset page on the main site.)
Can’t Access Your Email?
If you no longer have access to the email you signed up with, you may need to contact NDAX support to verify your identity and update your login email.
Prepare verification documents (government ID, selfie, etc.) to confirm your ownership.
2FA Is Not Working
If your 2FA code isn’t accepted:
Check time & date on your phone (authenticator codes depend on accurate time)
Try resyncing your authenticator app
If you lost your device, you may need to follow NDAX identity verification to regain access.
After using your NDAX® account — especially on shared or public computers — always log out.
Click the profile icon in the top right corner and choose “Logout” or “Sign Out.” This prevents unauthorized access if someone else uses the device.
NDAX® primarily uses email for login. You may be able to use a phone number for recovery or 2FA, but email is required for account identification.
Q: Why am I seeing a security warning when logging in?
Always ensure the web address starts with https://ndax.io and has a secure lock icon in the browser. If your browser warns about a certificate issue, do not enter your credentials.
Q: How many devices can I log in from?
There’s no strict limit, but security measures may trigger challenges if you sign in from new or unusual locations.
Q: Is NDAX available worldwide?
No — availability depends on your country and local regulations. Many NDAX services are available to Canadian residents; other regions are restricted due to financial compliance laws.
Once logged in, the NDAX® dashboard lets you:
Track Portfolio Balances
View how much of each crypto asset you own and its current market value.
Deposit and Withdraw Funds
You can:
Deposit fiat currencies (like CAD) via bank transfer
Deposit crypto directly
Withdraw to external wallets or bank accounts
These options are found under “Wallet” or “Balances.”
Trade Cryptocurrencies
The main use of your NDAX® account is to trade. After logging in, you can:
Buy crypto instantly (market orders)
Use advanced trading (limit, stop-loss, etc.)
View order books and price charts
